This is also a powerful tool to break the ice with yourself and remind yourself what you are truly capable of once you filter through your self-limiting beliefs and start living to your full potential without fear or self-doubt.

In these sessions, we use Conscious connected breathwork, which is a deep, rhythmic breathing technique designed to facilitate emotional release, spiritual exploration, and personal growth.
Your body is always communicating with you, but many of us have forgotten the language it speaks. This technique can allow you to explore your inner landscape and start relearning that language so you can hear what it is trying to tell you loud and clear. With just one breath done correctly, you can calm the nervous system and start to take control of your emotions. Within a whole session, you may find clarity in life, let go of self-limiting beliefs that are holding you back from living to your full potential, and start to move negative energetic blockages stuck in the body due to past trauma so they can be released in a healthy way.

This is basically the same structure as the one-on-ones. A 90-minute session with the benefits of the shared energy that builds up in a group session. Knowing that you are not alone on this journey can really keep you committed to maintaining a consistent and connected breathing pattern, leading to the realisation of the breath’s full therapeutic benefits. The benefits of sharing with others what brought you to breathwork and your experience during the session is a powerful way to kickstart integration and remind you are not alone in this life of ups and downs, building an environment of unity and support.
A free 60-minute online intro session where you will learn the technique, its benefits, and what you may experience and then put it to use in a 30-minute Conscious Connected Breathwork followed by a share and some aftercare advice.
We will start the session with a 30-minute breathwork session that will include a number of techniques that will ground you into the space, calm the nervous system and prepare you for the ice bath. You will then be guided through a 3 to 5-minute ice bath, which will challenge your mental strength and show you what you are truly capable of once you get out of your head. This is great for inflammation and post workout recovery and building mental strength and will leave you refreshed, upbeat and full of energy to take on the day.
