A few years ago, I started to notice that I, along with many other people in my life, were struggling with mental health, and I felt powerless to support myself, let alone the people I care about I didn’t like this feeling. That started me on a path of learning and experimenting with many different modalities and therapies that led me to breathwork.
I was suffering from depression, anxiety, and poor sleep. Going deeper into breathwork, I witnessed it help a lot of people around me with things like stress and PTSD, while it also played the biggest role in my own healing and gave me the strength and resilience to face life’s current and future challenges.
I am a qualified breathwork facilitator also holding a bachelor of psychological science and a Diploma in Counselling and I am currently completing a master’s in counselling.
I believe that the Conscious Connected breathwork can be used to break the ice with yourself and reconnect the communication pathways between your body and mind so you can begin to trust and listen to yourself again when seeking the answers to the questions most important to you. Breathwork can help with calming the nervous system, finding clarity, and unblocking any negative energies stuck in the body. It can help with depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, and sleep issues.
